• Order information: products purchased, quantities, prices, order status, and order history.
• Device and notification data: a push notification token (FCM token) used to send you order status updates.
• Usage data: products you view, add to cart, or save as favorites, to help you shop more easily.

• To process and deliver your orders
• To calculate accurate delivery distance and delivery fees
• To send order status notifications (e.g. Confirmed, Out for Delivery, Delivered)
• To let you save favorite products and re-order past purchases
• To contact you regarding your order via phone call or WhatsApp if needed

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore Database, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Cloud Messaging). Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized SMR STORES administrators for the purpose of managing and fulfilling your orders.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore Database, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions)
• Google Maps / Google Sign-In (for delivery location selection and account login)

5. Location Data

We request access to your device's location (or allow you to manually select a location on a map) solely to determine your delivery address and calculate delivery distance/fees. Location data is only used at the time of placing an order and is not tracked continuously in the background.

We do not sell your personal information. Your information is shared only with:

• SMR STORES staff, to process and deliver your order
• Service providers (Google Firebase) that help us operate the App

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may:

• Access or update your profile information within the App
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw location permission at any time via your device settings
